Our Worksmanager is the vital person in the execution of a project and is responsible for the technical execution, efficient planning and deployment of manpower and equipment during the preparation and execution of the project. He/she is responsible for the implementation within the agreed contract requirements, budgets and timelines. Our works manager is responsible for contacts and contracts with subcontractors and liaise with the Clients Site Manager daily. The Worksmanager is responsible for all day to day activities and in absence of the Project Manager the first point of contact
