Project Engineers
Our project engineers have a leading position for the technical preparation of our projects. They are responsible for determining the outline method statements and detailing all the required procedures for the successful execution of a project. The Project engineer acts as a focal point for all engineering related questions, prepares all technical project documentation and ensures all engineering disciplines are actively supporting the projects. Typically the following activities are undertaken:
- Generate outline method statements based on contract requirements and MOVE standards
- Prepare detailed method statements for the anticipated work scope(s)
- Participate in risk assessments and incorporate all findings in method statements
- Indentify equipment, vessels and materials required for the project
- Act as focal point for all engineering disciplines; Survey, RD&S en Draughting
- Attend and assist operational crew during project mobilisation and execution
