East meets West
Shortly after the Chino – Dutch Round table meeting a Chinese delegation of the Joint Venture Longyuan/ZPMC were in Europe and met with MOVE Renewable BV on the 28th of February 2015, to discuss a potential collaboration with MOVE Renewable on the coming offshore windfarm developments foreseen in China. The parties had constructive discussions which let to the agreement to draft a Memorandum of Understanding between the companies.
In addition MOVE Renewable invited the Chinese partners to visit a Dutch Cable Installation Vessel to increase their understanding what all gets involved to install a subsea power cable in a safe and professional way.
